Only the client receiving treatment is permitted in the studio
If you have a medical alert service dog, please notify us in advance
Emotional support animals and pets are not permitted
Client Eligibility & Health Requirements
You must be 18 years or older to receive treatment
Services are not available to pregnant clients
Clients must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Service may be refused if you show visible signs of illness
A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your appointment
Your booking fee is transferable if you reschedule at least 72 hours in advance
Each client is allowed one reschedule; additional changes will result in a forfeited fee
You can find the rescheduling link at the bottom of your booking confirmation email
Rescheduling less than 72 hours before your appointment will result in a forfeited booking fee, and the remaining balance may be charged
To retain your booking fee, a new date must be selected at the time of rescheduling
We do not hold deposits for unscheduled future appointments
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations, no-shows, or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a forfeited retainer and a charge for the remaining balance
Failure to follow mandatory pre-care instructions may also result in cancellation with the same penalties applied
All payments are non-refundable. No exceptions. Please confirm your availability before booking
Arrival & Late Policy
The studio will open for you 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment
You have a 10-minute grace period
After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and the cancellation policy will apply
Multiple Sessions & Results
Cosmetic tattooing typically requires multiple sessions
Pricing is per session
Results vary based on skin type, age, lifestyle, and pre/post-care compliance
Previous Permanent Makeup or Cover-Ups
If you’ve had work done by another artist, you must send clear photos for approval before booking: hello@sculptedstudios.com or text at 844.936.2004
Bookings made without prior approval will be canceled, and the cancellation policy will apply
Clients with previous work should expect an additional $200 correction fee
Pre-Care & Post-Care
Strict adherence to pre-care and post-care instructions is required for best results

Consultations
